One of the most anticipated seasons is finally upon us and nothing compares to the vibrant colors of autumn leaves and the undeniable comfort of apple cinnamon scented candles.
Here’s a few of our favorite things that give us the fall feels.
All things pumpkin. Pumpkin carving, pumpkin seeds, pumpkin ales, pumpkin pie, pumpkin spice lattes. Basic, we know. But there’s a reason everyone looks forward to this magically beloved fruit. It’s another seasonal treat from the best time of year!
Comfy, cozy clothes. Say goodbye to the skin showing garments that have us obsessing over our summer bods and say hello to the no tans necessary relaxation of sweaters and turtlenecks. And for the fashionistas, we don’t have to tell you about the styling opportunities of layers, boots, beanies, and scarves.
Crisp air. If you’re even remotely close to the deep south, there really isn’t much more we need to say. Humidity, you won’t be missed.
Indoor activities. Oh darn, another night of Netflix and cozy blankets (said no one ever). With the chills in the air and the FOMO of summer sunshine behind us, we can enjoy the simplicity of a night in guilt-free. Sometimes you have no choice but to stay in with a hot pot of soup snuggled up on the couch with your significant other or your fur babies.
Speaking of indoor activities, with all the fall television premieres, your nights in are the perfect time to indulge yourself with fresh new episodes of your favorite show or even get hooked on a new series.
Don’t worry, if you’re looking for outdoor activities, fall has you covered. Hayrides, bonfires, and corn mazes, oh my.
Holla for the holidays! Thanksgiving AND Halloween in one season. What a time to be alive.
Sweet, sweet indulgence. Foodies come alive as the restaurant community incorporates fall flavors into their menus. There’s a reason we wear stretchy yoga pants in the fall.
DIY and decorating junkies can finally manifest their Pinterest board into a reality using their long anticipated warm-toned color pallets and fall foliage inspired décor.
And finally, we are now that much closer to Christmas. And if you’re reading this blog, you most likely love Christmas too.
